We value maintaining ecological habitats on site and do not believe any use of property should be a net negative to the environment or the community. We love building partnerships in our local communities: Our first focus is Uptown, Chicago through mentorship & internship programs with the local high schools and community colleges. We believe education is the fundamental building block for any individual's future so we are heavily investing our time to help cultivate this in our local neighborhood where we're based at Broadway & Wilson. We will bring this form of community partnership west and south to other parts of the state next. 22c is also an expert in public policy, real estate procurement processes for public entities, and we love to help counties, private corporations, non-profits, & municipalities reach their renewable portfolio standards through carbon offsets and other energy supply procurements.
